Why don't I receive the password reset email?

Reset the password easily with our desk sharing tool.

If you click on "Forgot your password?" below the login and then entered your email address, an email should be sent to you with a link to reset your password. If the e-mail does not arrive, please check your spam folder to see if anything has arrived there.

Note: If you generally use the SSO feature, you will need to reset the password via the service you are using, such as Google or Microsoft.

 

If it still doesn't work, contact your administrators to have them delete your account in the desk.ly  via the user management so that you can log in again.
