How does the catering feature work and how can I activate it?

With the catering feature, you as an admin can allow your users to specify their catering needs directly when reserving a meeting room. The information is then automatically forwarded to the registered email address to ensure smooth organization.


How do I activate the catering feature?

1. Navigate to the location:

Go to the admin area, select "Plans," and choose the location for which you want to enable the feature.

2. Enable the catering feature:

In the "Add Service" box, you can activate the catering feature using a toggle. After that, you need to enter the email address of the catering responsible person.

💡 Once the feature is activated, users can specify their catering requests directly during the booking process.

Deactivating the catering feature:

If you no longer need the catering function at a specific location, you can simply disable it using the toggle. Once the changes are saved, the feature will no longer be available as an option for your users. Already scheduled bookings with catering will, of course, remain unaffected.
