Waiting lists for places and zones

In many offices, certain desks are especially popular – and on some days, the office is fully booked. If you're late with your reservation, you might not get your preferred spot – or miss out entirely.

👉 With the waitlist feature, users can move up if a desk becomes available again. They can join the waitlist for a specific desk or any available one.

To enable this feature, you need to activate the waitlist function at location level in the admin area.

How to activate waiting lists 

1. Log in to desk.ly and go to the admin area.

2. In the left-hand navigation, click on "Plans".

3. Since waitlists are activated per location, select the desired location.

4. On the right-hand side, you'll see the "Waiting lists" section. Use the toggle to activate the feature.

5. Want to enable waiting lists for multiple locations? Go back to "Plans" and repeat steps 3 and 4 for each location.
