If all desks – or your preferred one – are booked, you can join the waiting list and move up when a spot becomes available.
You want to book a desk for a specific day, but everything’s already reserved? Or maybe someone else has booked your favourite spot? The waiting list feature for desks and zones can help.
Move up with the waitlist
You can join a waiting list for a specific desk or any available one that’s already booked. If the person who booked it cancels, those on the waiting list will move up.
Once you reach the top of the waiting list, the desk will be automatically booked for you. You’ll receive a confirmation by email – no further action needed.
To use the waiting list feature, your admin must activate it first.

How to use the waiting list for a specific desk
You’re on the booking page and have selected a date – but unfortunately, your preferred desk is already taken.

Click on the desired desk or zone in the floor plan to open the booking window.

The "Book" button is inactive because the desk is already booked. Instead, click the list icon to the left of the button to join the waiting list.

You'll see a notification confirming that you've joined the waiting list.

Click on the waiting list button in the right-hand sidebar to view or remove your spot on the list.

If the existing booking is cancelled, the first person on the waiting list moves up. If that’s you, the desk will be automatically reserved, and you’ll receive a booking confirmation via email.
How to use the waiting list for any desk
If all desks are booked on your desired date, you’ll have a better chance of getting one if you're not set on a specific spot. Just join the waiting list for any available desk at that location.
If a booking is cancelled, the first person on the waiting list moves up. If that’s you, the desk will be automatically reserved, and you’ll receive a booking confirmation via email.
