How do I set up the Personio integration?

With our Personio integration, employees and absences are synchronized to desk.ly.

Prerequisites

  • You need desk.ly Enterprise Plus licenses to use the Personio integration.
  • You need Personio Core Pro licenses.
  • A Personio Administrator is required for the one-time activation process.

With an Enterprise Plus license you can integrate your Personio HR system with desk.ly and benefit from the following automatic synchronization between both systems:

  • Creation of new employees in desk.ly (for selectable HR groups)
  • Deactivation of employees who have left
  • Updating of relevant employee data (e.g. name, e-mail address)
  • Transfer of HR group memberships for the desk.ly permission system
  • Deletion of bookings in maintained absence periods (for selectable absence types)

Integration Setup

Please get in touch with your contact at desk.ly, who will be able to help you with all questions regarding the integration and the setup process itself. You will receive a link from us to start the setup process.

Synchronization configuration

After successful integration with Personio, you can configure all synchronization settings on the administration page "HR synchronization" directly in desk.ly.
