Places that are currently not allowed to be booked can easily be locked in our desk sharing tool.
If you would like to lock seats so that they can no longer be booked, go to "Plans" under the admin area. Select the seating plan you would like to edit and click on the icon. In the map you can now select the seat you would like to lock. You can find the function by clicking on the seat and activating "Lock seat" in the new window.
This is how it looks like:
1. Go to "Plans" in the admin area.
2. Click on the icon next to the seating plan.
3. Select the seat you would like to lock.
4. Activate the function and save the changes.
5. Now this seat is no longer bookable.
