How can I buy licences for my company?

This is how easy it is to purchase a licence

Voraussetzung:

  1. Deine Organisation nutzt bereits ein Bezahlpaket (Corporate, Enterprise oder Enterprise Plus).
  2. Du bist der oder die account-verantwortliche Admin (also unserer primärer Ansprechpartner) für dein Unternehmen. 

 

How to purchase additional licences

  1. Open the admin area.
  2. Go to “Licence Management”.
  3. If you meet the above conditions, you will now see the option “Purchase additional licences”. If you are not our primary contact, you will see a note that you do not have the required permissions. In this case, please contact our customer service team.

  4. Click the button. A pop-up window will open where you can enter the desired number of licences.Filter (14)
  5. Once you have selected the number, you will see the costs for the additional licences here. If everything looks correct, click on “Confirm” to complete your purchase.

Glühbirne 78Good to know: You will be charged immediately on a pro rata basis for the additional licences, covering the remaining term of your current subscription. The contract duration and end date will remain unchanged by the licence purchase.

Your new licences are now available to you in real time and can be assigned via user management.

You are a company in the trial version and do not have an active subscription?

Open the admin area and click on "Licence Management" in the drop-down menu. Now you should see the "Licence Overview". Now switch to the "Price Overview". Here you can select the number of licences and the licence model and then buy.
