Why do I not receive a payment receipt?

Despite debited payment, I do not receive an email with a payment receipt.

Customers who have set up a SEPA direct debit mandate will not receive automatic payment receipts. This is due to the time delay of the receipt of payment on our account. To be able to retrieve the corresponding payment receipts, they can be downloaded as follows.

1. Navigate to the license management via the admin area.

2. Click on "Manage your licences" to enter the payment portal.

3. Select the desired invoice from the invoice history.

4. You now can either download the invoice or the receipt of a paid invoice.
