Where can I manage and view my preferred seats?

You can easily add your favourite places in our desk sharing tool and manage them at any time.

In desk.ly, you can mark desks you like as favourites by clicking the heart icon next to their name. A heart icon then marks them as favourites.

Why mark favourites?

  • They’re easier to find on the map and in the resource list.
  • You can filter by your favourites.
  • If they’re available, the booking suggestion on the home screen picks them first.
