Parallel bookings can be activated or deactivated in the desk sharing tool.
In desk.ly, you can configure in the system settings whether your employees are allowed to make parallel bookings — meaning they can reserve multiple desks or multiple parking spaces on the same date.
Please note: If you are using the booking type "Parking spaces", it is always possible to book one desk and one parking space on the same date, even if parallel bookings are disabled. Meeting rooms can also always be booked in parallel.
This is how it looks like:
1. Go to the system settings.
2. Activate the function and save your changes.
