How to set up time-based restrictions

With time-based restrictions you can easily block resources for a certain period of time

Whether it's for events, renovations, energy saving, or subletting – there are many reasons to temporarily block individual desks, rooms, or entire areas. You can now conveniently plan these in advance for a specific period using the booking rule “Time-based blocking.”

Deleting and archiving booking rules

Has the booking rule not yet been activated? Then you can simply delete it if it is no longer needed.

Has the booking rule already been activated? In this case, simple deletion is no longer possible, as this could lead to skewed analytics. Instead, you can archive rules that are no longer required. The rule will no longer take effect, but your analytics will remain intact.
