How do I convert places into parking spaces?

You can easily convert desks/seats into parking spaces.

In the new booking flow (default from 29 October 2025), parking spaces are available as a separate resource. This means you can convert existing desks into parking spaces without having to recreate them. This keeps your resources neatly organised and allows users to book a parking space alongside their desk – even if you haven’t activated parallel bookings!

Please note: You have to activate parking spaces as a booking type before using this feature.
