Can I manage whether and for how long serial bookings can be made?

With our desk sharing tool, serial bookings can be made and the duration can be set.

In the system settings, you can define how many days in advance your employees can book seats.

To allow users to book conveniently during the day, the advance booking period begins at 4 pm on the previous day. Please keep this in mind when setting the advance booking period, as it also includes weekends. For example, with a 14-day advance booking period, bookings for a Monday would already be available from 4 pm on the preceding Sunday.

This is how it looks like:

1. Go to the system settings in the admin area.

2. Now enter the number of days under "Maximum booking days in advance" and save your changes.
